Preschooler: The Foundation of Development Through Play (3-4 year old group)

In this group, our children have made significant developmental progress compared to previous periods and are ready to receive more instructions. For this reason, we have prepared richer content activities for them to progress towards their goals. In our lessons, we first include activities where they use their gross motor skills, followed by desk work that supports thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. We develop their intellectual side with art activities and support their physical development with physical education classes.

Development Through Play

Play is the most natural way for children to learn during the toddler period. Our group offers a variety of play activities that will develop children's creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills.

Purposeful Games and Free Play Times

In our preschool program, purposeful games and free play times are balanced according to the developmental levels of the children. Purposeful games are planned by our teachers and aim for children to acquire certain skills. In free play times, children develop their creativity and imagination by choosing games according to their interests. These moments also offer teachers an opportunity to get to know the children closely and understand them better. Children's choices, behaviors and interactions in games give us valuable information about their interests, abilities and emotional worlds.

Outdoor Activities

When weather conditions are suitable, we give utmost importance to outdoor activities. Children support their physical development by playing outdoors and experience the freedom of movement and exploration. Active games develop children's gross motor skills and form the basis for a healthy lifestyle.

Emotional Development and Observation

We carefully observe children to understand their emotional worlds. Every child's emotional needs are different and our teachers approach children with love, compassion and understanding to support their emotional development.

Music and Physical Education

In our preschool program, music lessons are started with the Orff method. The Orff method allows children to interact with music, develop their sense of rhythm and reveal their creativity. Physical education classes, on the other hand, support children to learn the subjects in the program by using their gross motor skills.
